Four phases over 14 days. You receive a scored report, a 90-day roadmap, and a board-ready executive summary.

How is this different from what a large consultancy would do?

We are technical and embedded, not strategic and parachuted. Our assessors have hands-on Cloud and DevOps experience. The engagement is fixed price with a defined scope and timeline. There is no 6-week discovery phase before the real work starts.

The Readiness Snapshot is a lightweight, 3-hour scoping session that gives you a written heatmap across all six dimensions within 48 hours.
